Ranking the Most Rare G.I. Joes

We want your opinion on which of these Joes are the hardest to find in the world today.  You have been looking, but which ones have been elusive in your search?  Some of these figures are buried so deep that even Stalker couldn't hunt them down.  The list below consist of over 100 possible packaged figures scarce enough to be ranked.  However, a loose Tiger Force Shipwreck from Brazil may be harder to find than an American carded Snake Eyes. When you respond, please let know which country you live in.  As it may be easy for someone in Brazil to get a Cobra De Aco, it may be more difficult for someone in the U.S.A. to find one.  The ranking is open to any figure that was officially produced.  No prototypes please.  

The initial reports are posted, but please send in your lists, as we will update our reports to reflect your opinion.  We have posted three reports.  The first report consists of all figures produced world wide.  The second report consist of ranking only U.S. released figures.  The third report is of figures released only in the International markets (non-U.S.A.).   More reports may be added as the need arises. With the use of 3 reports, this helps explain the data more accurately.  The reports may not be a perfect representation of all the G.I. Joes' availability throughout the World.  But, the more lists we receive from collectors, the more accurate the reports will become.  We hope the  reports are used as a tool for collectors to use in their journey.  Please fell free to add any information as you respond with your ideas.  It is a big list, so rank as many as you wish.  All information will help in revising the current reports.  So please take a few moments and let us know which figures you think are the rarest G.I.
