WG.I. Joe, Cobra Commander and Destro cartoon cell, This is the actual cell used to produce the cartoon you have seen on T.V. What makes this one so special is that it has the original background to it. During production, they may use the same background for several cells to show minor movements in a character. For instance, a character may talk and use up several individual cells to show the facial movement, but use only one background during the duration of the conversation with another character.
