Ordering is easy! Volumes 2 and 3 are IN STOCK and ready to ship within 48 hours. All you have to do is click on your Pay Pal "Buy Now" button below of your choice, and complete the payment form. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, it takes only 5 minutes to sign up. Once shipped, please allow 3 to 8 days delivery for U.S orders. World Wide orders take about 7 to 16 days to arrive. Although most International orders have a faster shipping time than normal airmail since we use GLOBAL PRIORITY whenever possible.
